Front Bumper Brackets
I've just managed to zip cut my front bumper brackets to the lenght I need to bracket them to the front of the frame for my S10 swap. I need to open up the rivet hole and create one more. I'm guess by the pain to drill through them that they are hardened steel...
Has anyone had luck annealing them so they can be worked? Even so, have they re-hardened and tempered them to the (somewhat) original toughness? If so, what temps? Cheers, Ted.
