So, I'm getting ready to leave my S10 in storage for the upcoming deployment and figured I'd swap in fresh fluids first to ensure I'm ready to go cruisin' when I get back. Anyways, I've already swapped the spark plugs, fuel filter, diff oil (synthetic) and brake fluid. I am now getting ready to do the antifreeze and trans oil.

Truck is 2003 S10 4.3/5spd with 75000 miles. My problem is that I want to run the best oil in the trans and it calls for GM Sychromesh. Is that the best to put in there (from GM dealer?) or is there a better, possibly synthetic option for my NV3500?
