Help With Power Windows

I am having a hard time with the power window wiring. I have an 86 GMC and swapped a set of power lock/window doors onto it. I can't get the windows to work. I think I may be missing something, and I could use your guy's help. I have no power on the WDO buss of the fuse panel. I figure that this is what is hanging me up. I think I'm supposed to have a circuit breaker or something there, since that is too high of an amperage to put to a switch. I have the harness, and I know both windows and locks work, so the problem is with the WDO buss (I'm thinking). Thanks for helping me out.
