Dave you are having a time of that gv install. One thing calls for another it seems. I feel sure once you get used to it you will see some better mpg numbers. I'd hate to spend those bucks and not get some real improvements out of it. I see you've extended the carrier bearing mount back some 11". It is thick flat stock but do you see it maybe moving up and down some under load and working loose?
