Getting my 1980 C10 running

I have a 1980 C10 that hasn't run for four years. It's just been sittin' in the driveway. I think I want to get it going again and make it a daily driver. Does anyone have any advice?

I know I need to change the pan gasket on the transmission as the fluid has leaked out. Also, I'll need to clean out the gas tanks (it's got two) - does anyone know the best way to do this?

Any other advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
