DMARCUM123-Paid but no delivery.
I had a bad deal with DMARCUM123 back in May. I paid him $160.00 for a pair of leaf springs that he never shipped to me. I sent him a few pm's and an email trying to get him to ship the springs or return the payment. I also sent a pm to a site administrator and have'nt gotten a reply from either one. I wrote it off until I saw the "Bad Deal" area here. What can I do?
