2000 chevy2500 brakes

I went to Napa to get the stuff to do my front brakes. Well, after getting into it they gave me one wrong rotor. I went ahead and did the driver's side tho. Well, when I was done the wheel is very hard to turn while up on jack stands, unlike the other side that is not done yet. Is there something wrong? Did I screw something up?

Thanks, in advance
