I went from a '63 grill on a '63 grill to a GMC grill to the '60 chevy grill. I "think" the GMC grill needed four new holes drilled and then after that, the '60 grill only needed two. Not sure how it'd be for a '64 to '60. But it's just four 1/2" holes at the most. It's about as easy as it gets.

If you have to drill all new holes, here's how I did it. I held the grill up in place with the aid of a helper. I centered it side to side and top to bottom still holding it in place. Then I used a shaprie and marked the top and bottom of the mounting brackets on top and bottom of each side. Then I measured how far the hole was from the edge of the mounting bracket and measured that distance below the lines I made and drilled holes. It sounds a lot more complicated than it really is.
