Power Steering Problems?.. - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Took the 70 for a short drive yesterday, noticed that while turning the wheel, it was making a grinding noise. so naturally i filled up the power steering fluid and went on my way. About a half hour later, i am on my way home, i notice the noise on the way home, i check the fluid and surely enough, the dang thing was bone dry. Today i checked the pump and the lines, they were both ok and tight with no leaks, question is now, where do i check?
