Tub Swap or Not?

Ok well another dilema. Ive found a pretty decent tub for $400.oo. The body lines are really straight and the cab is ok. BUT, the bed floor is pretty mangled. On my rig, the windsheild frame and bed are really good, but the cab floors, rockers, rocker boxes and three out of four quarters need to be replaced. Has anyone ever swapped a Blazer bed? If so, how hard is it? What should i do. Keep in mind I am not a very good welder and would probably have to pay for some help with the swaps either way. Ive included some before and after pics of my newly streetable rig(The pictures look better than in person), and the tub. Opinions??? Help.
