Looking for the Yellow AD with the Fins on the Bed

I'm trying to track down a guy on here that adapted, what looks like, Bel Air rear quarters to the sides of his truck bed to give it that "Finned" look. The pictures posted here were of a yellow truck not quite finished yet. I believe he was from California or Arizona.
My friend on another forum's young son is looking to do the same kind of thing.
