There is absolutely no point in doing that. Even if you would go to the extreme to make a transfercase that has different out-put ratios for front and rear.....why? I'm not buying it.
You have to be miscounting the gears, it's not like that has never been done. Either way, even with matching gears a NP203 is never going to like being locked-in on pavement.
