72 GMC 3/4 ton 4x4 project or parts (Sierra Grande)
Hey all,
I've got a '72 GMC that needs a new home. It's a 3/4 ton 4x4, and is a Sierra Grande. It also has very little rust, being a Colorado truck, although the right bedside and driver's door are dented. Engine is a 350, condition unknown. I believe it to be the factory engine although I haven't looked for numbers. Auto transmission, NP205 t-case, power-lok rear axle. Has 3 fuel tanks... one behind seat, factory auxiliary tank, and aftermarket auxiliary tank. Has power steering and power disc brakes. Tilt column and tach dash have been replaced with "plain" parts. New column doesn't have a shifter, so there is not currently a way to shift the transmission Truck is complete except for distributor, plug wires, radiator hoses... I think pretty much everything else is there. All glass is good. I have many more photos so if you are seriously interested, I can email them to you (please don't ask for more pics if you have no intentions of buying the truck) I don't have a title for the truck. Asking $800. Located in Colorado Springs, and I can deliver locally. John |
