gauge/idle fuse problem

Recently I have been having problem with my gauge/idle fuse blowing out and making voltmeter and speedometer stop working. The first time it blew out I changed the fuse and the alternator wasnt charging anymore. Changed the alternator and everything was fine until today when it went out on me 3 times. First, fuse went out after the Service Engine Soon light came on. Second, fuse went out after I floored the pedal to pass some slowpoke. Finally, went out on it's own without any indication why.

My only other thing to do now is figure out where this fuse leads to. My guess is it might be a problem with the charging system, as the voltmeter stops reading when the fuse goes out. Help guys with a wiring diagram or form of guidance as to what to check.

Oh, almost forgot, its a 91 chevy burban.
