n00b post regarding leaf spring bushings

Sorry to sound like a n00b but here's my story:

Purchased a 71 K5 that had been sitting for quite some time. 6" lift put on by previous owner. He installed the wrong kind of shackle/leaf spring bushings that don't have a wide enough lip so the springs can slide all around.

I am trying to find the right kind of bushings to purchase and replace with but I'm getting hung up on sizing. The frame bracket that the leaf springs bolt into has a 3.5" gap. The leaf springs are 2.5". So I figured all I would need to find it a set of bushings that will fill a 3.5" area with about a .5" lip on each side to properly secure the leaf springs.

However, most places don't have any dimensions available or the dimensions are inside diameter / outside diameter or frame shackle bushing outside diameter etc. Is this just the diameter of the bolt that goes thru the bushing or what?

Here's a pic of my problems, maybe someone can help steer me in the right direction:

Thanks!
