1972 gmc recall

I am doing a frame off restoration of a '72 GMC k1500. I bought the tuff country heavy duty 2" lift front and rear springs. How do I know if I have a replaced shackle. And what do you guys think? Should I look into the grease-able shackle just for the hell of it and don't worry about it?
