Installation trķangulated 4 link kit on cast iron axle ???

Hello guys,

hope to get some help here.......

At the moment i am installing a triangulated 4 link kit.....

According to the fact that the two upper bars should form an angle of 90 degree .....its necessary to get the upper bar brackets on the top of the axle diff housing.

UNfortunately i have a chevy cast iron diff housing.....so i cannot weld the brackets directly on the housing...

On the net i found a solution to build a bridge over it .....

Here a link where you can see a pic what i am talking about:

Do you think i will get any disadvantages with the bridge over the axle diff ??

Furthermore i should know if the diff housing should be in a 90 degree position during ride height.....or it should lean a bit forward about 2 degrees ??

Thanks for ur help
