Yet another front clip question

I currently own a 74 chevy as most know.

so i have the 73-80 "least areo dynamic style front end."
I wish to up-grade to the 81-87 style. YET KEEP MY GRILL CONFIG. AS IT IS NOW.
**By looking and reading lmc's part#'s-what year....

so. by the looks of lmc's pictures, it appears i would need:
2 81-87 fenders
1 81-87 hood


will i need??:
2 81-87 inner renders????

or can i even keep my 73-80 grill and all that the same??
