Referencing: How to install a 73-87 swaybar into a 60-72 for cheap!
After reading the post below by TX FF, I have some questions. I am using an '81, 1/2 GMC parts truck for the front suspension and P/S on my 64 c 10. The brackets for the sway bar that attach to the frame with rivits are broken/bent on my parts truck. I see in the post where some have used the shorter brackets on lowered trucks or bolted the bar to the frame. Could I do this with a stock ride height truck? Would the angles be too severe and cause problems?
