New brake lines?
Blew out a hardline and due to the amount of rust I'm thinking it's time to replace them all. I am not the best at bending tube and am under a bit of a time crunch now so I'm leaning toward pre-bents from LMC. Being in KC they should get here (Wichita) fairly quick. Quality product? Should I worry?
My other question is I'd really like to go to a dual master cylinder now in preparation for other upgrades down the road. Any particular mid 60's booster I should be looking for? My other wonder is can I get a '95 GM full size car booster and MC to bolt in at the same time? I happen to have one of these sitting on my shelf in good working order. I know I'll need to bend a couple new lines mostly short ones in the front. And maybe a few straight couplers instead of tees. Am I making sense at this point? Gonna go play with the master cylinder now, and start removing old parts. Stupid brakes. Had to cancel an appointment with the exhaust shop today cause I can't get the truck there. Thanks for all the info and help. - Brian
