Anybody know if they are the same?
Hey guys, the town salvage yard has a 72' straight six w/ 3 on the tree, and my 70' swb 4x4 has a v8 350 w/sm465. I am wondering if the clutch brackets are the same between I6 and v8 and if the 3 on the tree clutch linkage is the same as manual trans trucks. Mine had been cut up at some point (the rod coming from the firewall down to the frame pivot point. I am trying to convert it back to original and don't know if they are the same. Thanks Trevor
