Yeah, you can re-use your window rubber, soapy water in a spray bottle will help it go in easier.
The cab corners for these trucks fit quite well, you may have to trim a bit of the new cab corner inside the door jamb area to get it to sit even with the door.
Two things of advice, don't cut anything before you get the new panels and don't throw anything away, when replacing parts, until the job is finished.
Oh, and use some eye protection, don't want this to happen.
