Trans Issues
Ok, So I just finished the motor on my truck. I take it out for a test drive with the newly rebuilt Turbo 400 with stage 2 shift kit, and a high performance torque converter with a . I bypassed the radiator and went straight to a oil cooler for the trans and I have the vacuum line hooked up to the carb. Now when I took it out, it didn't seem to have the kick I expected. It doesn't shift hard and feels like motor is giving the trans more than enough power, but no output from the trans. The only thing I can think of it that my stall is too hight on the TC or something with the trans cooler. Any ideas?
