SM465 Transmission question.

ok replaced the pressure plate and clutch. got her all back together. She goes into gear but not with out a small "grind". is this normal?

I wouldnt think so, but I have not adjusted the clutch pedal. I simply left it where I found it. Also I have to push the pedal completly to the floor in order to shift.

The clutch comes in, at about pedal 75% to the floor, 100% being all the way to the floor.
