my nephews 1960

my nephew jake has help me on alot of my 60ty truck projects lowering then lifting ,moving them.One of his favorite truck was my 61 apache the green truck with the cool patina.Jake would take that truck out to cruise nights and he loved it ,at that time he had a xb that we bagged it was a really cool scion, big 5ft rag top on 19teens jake made his own ol school roof rack(never welded before) and did his only interior with mexican blankets,pull the seats apart and sewed them on home sewing machine, jake been on me about getting a c10 so we started lookin. he found one on cl i went over made the deal and we bought it , its a clean 60 s/b big window with a 283 and four speed . we torn into it saturday afternon after we got home from work( hot as hell).the plan for know is to lower it and make it run good, I got some 5"springs order, we slapped those in and adjusted the front torrsion bar, we fix a ton a little things and got it running better, i think we going to do some old school bullit caps w/w and he has some plans on the paint
