Original glovebox on my '67?

Ok, one more "original" question....

Does this look like the factory glovebox lid?
Would it have been Silver color from the factory?

I'm curious because, while all the options on the
sticker seem to be correct for the truck the VIN
is off by one digit.

The North Carolina Title and door plate VIN ends in "70"...
the glove box sticker VIN ends in "69".
Just a fluke at the factory?
