So New It Hurts

He all,

New guy from NJ. Just got a 1952 Chevy truck today. I know next to nothing about cars, and don't have the money to pay other people. I just saw her and fell head over heels. I am 31, but I guess its never too late to learn something new. This may open a whole new addiction to me, because ever since I saw this truck I look at every vehicle I see in a whole new way.

I am hoping between my willingness to learn everyone else's willingness to help I will have a wonderful truck for a long time.

I guess my first real question is what are the best books to get? What should every novice get to get his feet wet, and what is the closest thing to "1952 Chevy Pickups for Dummmies"?

Thanx and look forward to talking with y'all

Cole: I can't do that. I don't know what the h*ll you're talking about.
Harry: How do you mean that?
Cole: I don't know much about cars?
Harry: Neither does any driver.
