Unless he left a deposit or specifically stated he wanted it, yall are being to hard on the seller. How much stuff have you tried to sell on CL and how many people told you they were coming back for it, never to be seen again? My thoughts are the seller assumed he was never coming back and sold it to the first guy with cash. That always talks the loudest and I would have done the same.

Now if spudz had left me only $20 saying he had to go to the bank monday, then I would have held it for him till tuesday at the latest unless I could contact him. Otherwise to me he would have been another tire kicker.....


No offense spudz, I know you feel bad enough missing out on it already. I saw it on CL, but I didnt buy it as I have to many projects now....

NO NO, I'M not mad at the owner! or mad period, just disapointed. lol I didnt even ask him to save it for me.. I just told him I would let him know sunday and I did around 8pm and I guessed he figured I would get back to him earlyer.. my fault like I said.. I procrastinated.
