some 4x4 questions from a 2wd guy

ok i was sitting around my house labor day weekend and had all theses parts laying around, 1 4x4 in the middle of rebuild, 3/4 ton rear sub springs and a parts truck 4x4 with some kind of a lift and a good trans. here comes the questions.

1 cause the rear is narrower then the front axle what are you guys and gals doing about the space minus different off set rims?

2 with 8 leaf rear and 2 inch block rear and a 5 leaf front what kind of lift am i looking like (and if front is going to sit to low what kind of options do i have to lift the front minus blocks)

3 with this kind of lift what things should i add to make the truck not to top heavy *i know it will be but what options do i have
