Heater Box seal installation

This feels like a stupid question but it has me stumped!

I am working on re assembling my heater box in preperation for paint and have run across an issue. I purchased a 6-piece seal kit from Classic Industries but can only figure out how to use 2 of the seals. The previous owner had used silicone sealant so I did not remove any seals during disassembly which I could use as a guide. Below is a photo of my heater box along with a photo of the 4 seals which I cannot figure out. The other photo is of the 2 seals that are obviously installed at the heater box and firewall connections. Can someone please provide me with some insight as to which seals go where?

Also is there supposed to be a seal between the fan and heater box?

Thanks,

Derek
