On 10/14 I sent an email to the address of the paypal account

On 10/15 at 9:03pm I posted this question on the original thread:

Still waiting on them Rob. You said they would ship 9/30....

On 10/15 at 10:54, I opened a dispute with paypal, in hope he would receive an email from them and offer an explanation.

If you look at his profile, I see he has been here on yesterday 07:16 PM

It's clear he's not responding to communications of any kind.

After this, I posted in several of his threads to warn others about him, and I also figured he was probably subscribed to those threads and would receive email notification that way.
NO RESPONSE

He was pretty quick to respond when he was making the sale, and I know he's been on the board several time since. I've given him plenty of time and chances.
