Truck will not start.

So I was doing a bit of welding today on my trailer, BUT I forgot to disconnect the light plug between the truck and trailer. Now the truck will not start, is it possible that I blew the fuseable links or any under dash fuses with feedback from the welder? I checked the battery voltage, its fine. I have not had a check to check for voltage at the starter. Issue is, it just clicks once when I turn the key. It is a year old Autozone starter that has hot start issues.

Any thoughts? A diagram so I can check the voltage at the starter later?
