Question what does a-body or f-body mean?

I've been looking at control-arms and other suspension stuff....

I have noticed a lot is categorized as for a-body or f-body.

are our trucks (60-up) classified as a-body, or is only for passenger cars?

some suspension stuff says a-body, and then sometimes you see a grouping for trucks, so I was curious.....
