family 4x4 1 ton 1991 burb

started out life as a 1/2 ton 4x4 with bad motor 350,700r4 and np241

1) converted to 1 ton sitting in driveway(everyone needs 1ton yard art)
2) new motor put in last year (thanksgiving)drove to houston and back for break in run over a weeks journey,perfect.
3) transfer case tailshaft housing goes bad so... i get a new 1,i go clean under carriage and find out the hard way rtv is holding my transfercase (vss housing) together. gooooooosh!
i go get 27 spline np205 and a fits all adaptor got put on and 1 ear of the tranny breaks off and another strips out(same side)
4) buy k case to replace crappy case but wait... different years, my insides wont go in new case.###@%#$% now i'm really mad(gas can and matches in hand walking towards burb) wife talks me down.
5)got new tranny and tcase going in this weekend

will post pics later after i paint and install them.

future plans include 6-8 lift 37's new carpet,headliner,interior and onboard air
