Intake Manifold

Hey everyone,

I have a Edelbrock Performer intake manifold. It has been used and while it is not corroded or anything, it does have some oil stains and is pretty dirty and so on and so forth.

I love the clean look of brand new intake manifolds and would like to make mine look like that once again. How would you all clean this so it looks like new? Beadblast? and what would everyone coat it in to protect it from getting stained and messy again?
