It has a few dings, no rust other than surface, and is straight. Has the holes for upper trim and wide tailgate band. The paint is a little ugly, but I think this would be a good deal for someone looking for a decent tailgate. I would be willing to ship, I am thinking $60-$90 range by grey hound bus would cover it, but I would need a zip for exact quote. $400.00 + shipping. Thanks, Greg
