Cab mounts - Poly or rubber?

I know this is probably on here somewhere, but I'm not allowed to search, so here goes again.
I have heard mix reviews about what type of cab mounts to use, either poly or rubber. I would like to bring this up again. Would like your thoughts and/or experiences with the poly. Someone said they squeek. But someone else said they don't if you use the grease it comes with. Well my kit didn"t come with any grease so I'm wondering now if I want to use them. Won't be doing any major offroading with this vehicle. Does it make the ride noticably rougher? Would like to use the poly because they are supposed to be the best. Your thoughts please.

My truck is a 70 Chevy 4x4 1/2 ton.

Thanks
