Finally, the truck is alive!!!!!

finally, i started the truck up for the 1st time tonight,

10pm and 2k RPM's for 20 minutes to break the cam in.

(i know the neighbors love me )

anyway, the truck has been down for quite a few months now.

ground down frame and suspension, primed and painted all the suspension, frame, replaced all the bushings and ball joints, cab mounts.

ditched the straight six, and 3 on the tree.

built up a four bolt main 350, balanced, eldebrock performer camshaft, vortec cylinder heads, performer intake, performer 600 carb. 700r4 trans, headman elite shorty headers for chevelle (and the modifications necessary to mount them)

anyway, fianlly wrapped up all the loose ends, mounted the core support back on, got all the other small stuff done to get it running.

it is a big relief to get the truck running again,

mabey it won't be long before i can drive it .

got to get some sleep
