Ok guys, got a height question for ya.

I have a '63 1/2 ton LWB and I wanna make it sit like a 4x4 without spending tons of money. I've already planned on getting the wheels and tires but as far as the suspension goes could I just change the coil springs or is there not really a cheap way to do it? Here are some pics of trucks that have the stance I am looking for (sorry if one of these is yours, I just got them off google and a thread where people were just posting pics of 4x4s). I really like the way the last 2 look.

Thanks
