need help laying rocker

I have a few? ? About attempting to lay rocker. I already have pb front and rear set ups laying the frame, also have a 2 inch Z up front (laying 24's). The truck is slowly coming back together and I already know I wont be happy until I lay the rockers. My ? Is how much do I need to raise my cab floor? And will I have enough lift to run 24's with around 31 to 32 inch tall tires? I know pb offers a bolt on body drop but that will only get me down to the pinchweld and my frame has just been powdercoated. Thanks.
