TRC solenoid and speed switch

Hello,

I am trying to find information on the TRC (throttle return control) and speed switch for my truck. The emissions decal shows these, and I have the TRC valve, but no wiring to it, and the "speed sensor or speed switch" that is supposed to be located on the drivers side valve cover is not there. If anyone knows what this speed switch looks like, or has a picture, or part number that would be great.

The truck is a 1982 GMC 2500 Crew Cab, 454 4-speed manual transmisssion.
Heavy Duty emissions.

Can't pass smog without this hooked up because it is shown on the emissions label.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
