Anything better than Doetsch Tech Shocks?
4.5/6 drop on my 87 swb. Kit came with Doetsch Tech shocks. I've heard mixed reviews on these shocks, seems to be even across the board though, some hate them, some love them.
I hate them. But it could be because of the awful roads here in CT. On smooth roads and the highway, they seem to perform fine. Once you factor in some not-so-good roads, particularly the front, rides HARSH. Alignment is set, running 255/60/15 front and 275 rear. I loved the KYB GR-2 I was running with the stock suspension, but that could also be because of stock height. So what do ya'll recommend for a better shock? Or, is this what I have to deal with on a lowered static drop?
