68 cab on 90's chasis

Hey guys,

Relatively new to the forum. I've been sitting on my stepside project for a min. I just scored a a dirty cheap 90's truck and was contemplating if i should just throw my 68 cab on the 90's frame. But i was wondering if anybody has ever done a cab swap onto a early 90's chevy truck?

Pros: tbi fuel injection, all brakes are good, fuel tank mounted outside of cab.

I figure this would/ might be easier and less expensive then rebuilding my old frame, front and rear end and all the brakes.

Any advice would be great.

Thanks,

Rex
