Question on LMC lower fender patch
I'm working on replacing the rusted section of my front fenders (59 Apache)
I ordered a pair of patches from LMC.My question is, on the OG fender the fender brace / stiffener on the inside is pinched under the rolled edge of the fender. The LMC patches have a 90* flange on the back edge (closest to the door). Should I be bending this flange over onto a stiffener/brace or is this 90* flange the new stiffener?
Sorry for no pics but I'm at work (lunch time brake) and this is on my mind.
