Question Fuel Issue

Hi. I'm new here but I have a really big problem that I'm hoping someone can help me solve.

I very recently bought a 1987 V10 4x4 as a work truck. When I bought it, it started up perfectly fine. Only issue was that the gas tank leaked. So I installed a new tank. But now the truck won't start. The fuel pump starts up and works fine (tested it, sprays fuel everywhere), but only a little bit of gas dribbles out of the injectors when I try to start it. also replaced the fuel filter.

Does this mean that I need new injectors, or is something else wrong further back down the fuel line?
