Future power steering question

Here's what's going on~ I just sold my '57 Chevy belaire to a nice man in Australia, the money has been wired into my bank account, that money is the funds for my Apache. Just to let you know~

Anyway, power steering will be going in my truck. The '72 Impala that I am getting this week has a saginaw power steering setup and the its gear is located towards the inner frame near the radiator. I don't know if I can use the power steering gear, but I'm going to take a close look at it. In the meantime is accessibility to install the unit. Can I do this with the fender on/inner fender on? Or does it all have to come off? The motor and tranny will be coming out shortly. The photo is just of the left inner fender well where the ps gear would go. A little advice goes a long way~ ; )
