Hi Scott, we all cant be like sharpie now, times are rough & tough up here in the Northwest right now and I need to buy the kids some fireworks . I cant do all of it, but I'll eat some of the shipping and offer you $10. FedEx ground service on the whole wheel to CA. Mel

Also about condition: wheel/cap would be of just good driver quality as wheel has some hairline cracks and the CST cap has some pocking going on the outer chrome ring, cap is also missing one of the six plastic retaining teeth on the back but still snaps in good & tight w/no issues.
