parking light issues

My dash lights stopped working after taking out the stock fuel gauge and putting in an aftermarket one. Since everything is aftermarket and has it's own light except the speedo, I didn't care. Then a coworker told me I had no tail lights. My headlights come on, but the front marker lights and tail lights don't come on. I checked the fuses. I have turn signals and brake lights. I tried a new headlight switch, same issues.
