Question about adapters

i have a really good oppurtunity on scoring a set of chrome 22's with damn near new tires for super cheap (about a third the price of a brand new set). the problem is, they came off of an 06 altima, which is 5 lug but a different pattern. these rims are 22x8.5..would it be a safe bet to run the right size adapters to make them fit my 67 suburban? or even maybe get them re drilled to fit my lug pattern..?

ill snap a pic of the rim tomorrow...any input greatly appreciated.
