Opinions on floor

While working around, I noticed on the P side floor underneath was not in good condion. It was coverd by a thin piece of some thin metal, then the Driver side was kind of the same. Overall the floor is ok(written in lower case representing, not that great).
So, how difficult to replace the floorboard? I've done floor boards in my '67 mustang, so I'm familiar with spotwelds and welding in panels.
